    Ron Piemonte
    CEO/Principal

    Mr. Piemonte is co-founder, CEO and managing partner of Nationwide Communications. He was responsible for Nationwide's original carrier contracts and he is the pioneer of the telephony brokerage concept that drives Nationwide's current business model.
    After being employed by MCI, Cable and Wireless, and Metro Media communications, Mr. Piemonte teamed up with David D'anna in 1989 to create Nationwide Communications. With a customer first mentality and mission statement to match, Mr. Piemonte has been able to grow and develop Nationwide into one of the largest Master agents in the industry.
    Approaching his 20th year in the telecom industry, Mr. Piemonte has the knowledge and experience to help customers maximize the effectiveness of their telecommunications infrastructure. Utilizing his broad understanding of large multi-location and call center clientele, Mr. Piemonte has been successful designing unique solutions that take into consideration each customer's specific needs. Mr. Piemonte has built Nationwide to be a full service liason bridging the gap between the carrier and the customer.
    Mr. Piemonte earned a BBA from Iona College's Hagan School of Business.

    Mr. Piemonte joined the Nationwide Communications Team in 1995. Upon entering the sales force, Mr. Piemonte met the rigorous demands of a changing telecom environment by achieving a series of stringent certifications.
    In May 1997, JDR companies and Nationwide merged into JDR Holdings. Mr. Piemonte improved and increased sales while holding the position of National Sales Executive. In March 1999, JDR Holdings merged with NCO Group; Mr. Piemonte was appointed to head NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey long distance operations. His vast knowledge of specific telecom sectors and the wide-array of product offerings proved extremely beneficial as he increased sales revenues each fiscal year.
    In July 2004, Nationwide divested from NCO Group and appointed Mr. Piemonte Executive Vice-President. As the company has matured, Mr. Piemonte has played a vital role in procurring revenue at a level that has consistantly exceeded the company's goals and objectives. For his efforts, Mr. Piemonte was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2006.
    Mr. Piemonte holds certifications for Qwest, Verizon, Bell South, AT&T and fMCI. His diversified portfolio of clients includes the nations top call centers and collection agencies. He has played an integral role in helping Nationwide achieve a host of national carrier sales recognition awards.

    • Continually monitoring monthly invoices, to insure all that was proposed is aligned with what is billed - therefore negating complex credit issues.
    • working hand-in-hand with applicable LEC and Hardware vendors.
    • Keeping customers updated on all technology offerings.
    • Handling pricing inquiries, ranging from simple inquiries, to tariff rates, or more complex pricing for wide-ranging systems.
    • Answering your questions surrounding acceptance testing, delivery of an order, investigation and explanation of the reason an order is delayed, and to resolve and communicate issues to you in a timely, thorough manner.
